Our Programs



little warriors(Little Warriors): The LITTLE WARRIORS are the youngest group of students at CSDF. Designed for them, this program is an exciting introduction to Martial Arts for kids aged from 4 - 7 years. By participating in this program students benefit from increased agility, balance and coordination taught in a fun filled yet respectful environment.

warriors(Warriors): The Warriors are aged from 7 - 12 years. This is a great place to be! Through this program students learn a wider range of techniques based on the Adult Taekwondo program with these classes being fun and dynamic. Traditional Martial Arts self defence and the character traits of self confidence, discipline and respect are learned and developed.

taekwondo(Adult/Teen Taekwondo): Taekwondo the Art of Hand and Foot, a traditional Hard Style attacking and blocking with conditioned parts of the body and is for students from 13 + years of age. This programme is based on traditional Martial Arts values with fitness and modern, practical self defence skills. CSDF is known for it's effectiveness and is guaranteed to give you a great work out.

hapkido(Adult/Teen Hapkido): Hapkido the Art of Co-Ordinated Power. This program is known as a Soft Style utilising redirection of balance and weight and is for students aged between 13+ years of age! This program has the most comprehensive self defence curriculum available teaching adaptibilty for all the ranges incorporating joint locking, throws, pressure points, kicking, punching to ground fighting. Hapkido focuses on fitness and practical self defence skills.

BJJ(Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu): Brazilian Jiu-jitsu is a martial art, combat sport, and a self defense system that focuses on grappling and especially ground fighting. The art was derived from the Japanese martial art of Kodokan judo (which itself is derived from Japanese Jujutsu) in the early 20th century. At CSDF we work on gi and nogi and this program works in great with both Hapkido and MMA programs.

BJJ(Kick Boxing/MMA): Our MMA program uses kick boxing as its base working with Striking, Clinching, Takedowns and Grappling. A high intensity full-body workout that will make you physically stronger as well as aerobically and anaerobically fitter.

CageFitness(Padworkout): A complete bag/pad workout program that is designed to cater to people at all levels of fitness. In a 30 minute session PadWorkout will give you a total body workout that includes 5-5 minute rounds focusing on Endurance, Strength, Power & Core

BJJ(Private Lessons): Train one on one with one of the favourite instructors, do what you want to focus on in preparation for Grading or tournament

openmatt(Open Matt): Open matt is a time for you to train without any set structure so you can work on or practice what you desire.
